Can I get a refund?
Yes — a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro and Family, no explanation required. Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to your original payment method. (A refunded license key may be revoked in a future release — see the Refund Policy.)
How do I get my license after paying?
You receive a license key by email and paste it into CoreGuard’s Settings. There’s no account or login to manage.
How many Macs does one license cover?
Pro covers up to 3 Macs you own or personally use; Family covers up to 6 Macs in your household. You can move a license between your Macs at any time.
Can I share my license key with a friend?
The free tier is made for that — every danger warning is free, so just send them coreguard.app. A paid license covers the Macs you own or personally use (Pro) or your household’s (Family), and each key is personalized to the email it was issued to. For teams, Business licenses are available.
What do I actually pay for?
Pro adds the power tools (SSD endurance, power analytics, process & disk tools) and portable proof (the exportable Condition Report). It never paywalls the knowledge that something is wrong — every danger warning stays free.
